11/15 (Tuesday) CHIMEI Museum Internet Service Suspension
Due to the road construction of Wenxian Rd, Chunghwa Telecom lines in the vicinity will be suspended on 11/15 (Tuesday), the following services in CHIMEI Museum will be affected:
◆Official website of CHIMEI Museum and online gift shop will be temporarily suspended throughout the day.
◆Telephone, internet, credit card machine, ATM, parking lot mobile payment and other services in the museum will be suspended throughout the day. For on-site ticket purchase, shopping, food ordering and other transaction services, only cash payment is accepted.
◆The Real-Life Game "The Myth of Allegories" will be suspended throughout the day.

Access control to dionysus theater
In collaboration with the Tainan Bring The Art To Your Community's closing performance of "Cloud Gate Dance in Tainan", the Dionysus Theater in the Tainan Metropolitan Park will be closed from November 16 to November 22 at 12:00 noon, and only "Cloud Gate Dance in Tainan" ticket holder will have the access to the Theater on November 20. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Hidden secrets are unveiled when the conservators and researchers at CHIMEI Museum explore the past history of the paintings, understand the current physical state of them through scientific examination, and further tailor a restoration plan. Let’s share some of the secrets we discovered while examining these paintings.
CHIMEI Museum’s educator collaborated with its conservation team to design this one-of-a-kind aesthetic course. With this hands-on practice of art restoration project, you will be allured into the world of conservation. When you visit the museum after this class, you will be able to appreciate paintings from a different perspective.

To prevent the spreading of the "Novel Coronavirus 2019-nCov (COVID-19)" epidemic, visitors are kindly requested to cooperate with the following epidemic prevention measures. We apologize for the inconvenience.
1. All visitors are required to follow CDC prevention Measures, taking body temperature measurement, wearing a face mask, and hand sanitizing before entering the museum. (Those with a body temperature of 37.5°C and above will not be permitted entering
2. Please keep 1.5 meters apart from others while visiting, and wear a mask in confined exhibition space.
3. Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available at the museum entrance, and hand sanitizer spray is provided inside the museum. Please cooperate with hand disinfection measures.
4. The visiting routes and areas may be changed according to the revision of the epidemic prevention level issued by the government. Please pay attention to the immediate regulations announced on-site.
5. Any visitor who has fever, cough, fatigue and other discomfort symptoms when entering Taiwan Customs from abroad, please wear a mask. It is recommended to cancel the visit and seek medical examination as soon as possible.
